About the role

A Partnerships Coordinator plays a crucial support role on the Brigit Partnerships team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding & Partner Support: Lead the onboarding process for new affiliate partners, ensuring accurate contract tracking, link creation, and offer setup in the Brigit Marketplace. Maintain up-to-date information across internal systems.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns by drafting copy, managing partner approvals, and monitoring performance. Collaborate with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure seamless campaign launches.
  • Process & Workflow Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to support team productivity.
  • Revenue & Billing Operations: Reconcile and validate monthly revenue. Troubleshoot discrepancies with partners or finance.
  • Team Support & Flexibility: Serve as a versatile team member, supporting special projects, partner reporting, or ad hoc requests. Be available during launches, priority campaigns, and quarter-end pushes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in account coordination, partner relations, or affiliate marketing (ideally within fintech or financial services)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously and proactively address issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear, professional emails and performance updates for partners.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets, comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs to analyze performance data and cross-reference partner reports.
  • Active experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Impact or Everflow, with a solid understanding of setting up and troubleshooting attribution and postback tracking.
  • A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in the fintech space and a passion for tools that help people improve their financial lives.

Pay

The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000. The actual base salary offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
