  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance of existing partner relationships, including check-ins, issue triage, and renewal conversations to ensure integrations don’t go stale.
  • Escalate strategic or high-value partnership opportunities to the Manager, Product Management for direct involvement.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar operations/coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound communication, including cold outreach, scheduling, and relationship-building with external POCs.
  • Structured, disciplined approach to work and time management.
  • Working familiarity with contract/legal processes sufficient to shepherd agreements through review.
  • Ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with partnerships, business development, vendor/account management, or a related role.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
