Job Overview

Responsible for the daily management of TTLS agencies, including but not limited to agency qualification & assessment for onboarding, agency exit, risk control etc., to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership growth strategies that align with overall business objectives and support the achievement of key commercial and ecosystem goals.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to grow agency partnerships, improve partner performance, and strengthen the long-term value of the agency ecosystem.
  • Analyze market trends, agency performance, creator monetization patterns, and business data to generate strategic insights and recommend growth initiatives.
  • Design and refine incentive frameworks and partnership policies to drive sustainable business outcomes, improve partner engagement, and support scalable growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, develop business plans, and launch initiatives that enhance agency capabilities, creator quality, and monetization potential.
  • Lead strategic reviews of agency performance to identify key challenges, growth levers, and areas for business improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key agency partners, acting as a strategic advisor to help them grow their business and operate sustainably within the platform ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, policy, and data teams to improve agency management systems, tools, and processes that support business scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in partnerships, key account management, growth strategy, internet monetization, or channel strategy.
  • Proven experience working with external partners, agencies, creators, or commercial stakeholders to drive business growth and long-term partnership value.
  • Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
  • Experience in the creator economy, digital content, livestreaming, marketplace platforms, agency management, or internet monetization business is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70,304 - $159,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
