Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies based on analysis and insights
• Collaborate with clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to ensure successful implementation of recommendations
• Work on projects involving process improvement, supply chain optimization, and back-office transformation
• Travel extensively as part of the role, with approximately 80% of the time spent on-site

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• Experience in natural resources industry
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
