Partner – Technology Enabled Finance Transformation

About the role

The Partner – Technology Enabled Finance Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within the finance organization. This individual will be responsible for leading initiatives that leverage technology to enhance financial processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of technology-enabled finance solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and prioritize transformation projects
• Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate new technologies into existing finance systems
• Ensure alignment between technology investments and business objectives
• Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust strategies as necessary
• Communicate project status and challenges to senior leadership and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including ERP and BI tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
