About the role
The Partner – Technology Enabled Finance Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within the finance organization. This individual will be responsible for leading initiatives that leverage technology to enhance financial processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of technology-enabled finance solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and prioritize transformation projects
- Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate new technologies into existing finance systems
- Ensure alignment between technology investments and business objectives
- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust strategies as necessary
- Communicate project status and challenges to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including ERP and BI tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
