About the role

The Partner Technology Consultant is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients in the accounting and audit industries. This role involves implementing and optimizing our technology solutions to enhance client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our technology solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement appropriate solutions
• Train clients on our technology solutions and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights to clients
• Document and maintain knowledge base resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a technology consulting or implementation role
• Experience with accounting and/or audit software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms
