Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Senior Manager

PwC's finance industry specialists provide tax planning, compliance, and strategy advice to clients. In private tax, they offer personalized services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners
- Lead large projects and maintain operational excellence
- Innovate processes to enhance tax reporting and compliance
- Manage partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns
- Lead and collaborate with team members virtually
- Develop and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
- 6+ years of experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning
- Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income, state tax credits
- Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
- Leading teams and coaching others
- Developing relationships within PwC and sharing planning ideas
- Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
- Leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
- Thorough project management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
