Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Manager
About the role
PwC provides tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. The role involves providing tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners, supervising, developing, and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, and driving assigned client engagement workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Solve and analyze complex problems to develop premium deliverables
- Leverage a network of internal stakeholders and external resources
- Assure exceptional support and meet client expectations
- Cultivate meaningful client relationships
- Contribute to the firm's purpose, principles, and business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
- Master's Degree preferred
- Understanding of Partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
- Skills in managing individual tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Ability to review individual tax returns
- Experience in leading virtual teams
- Skills in building trusted client relationships
- Ability to manage project workflow and budgets
- Experience in leveraging new technology

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
