About the role
As part of the Partner Tax Preparation Advisors team, you are expected to provide tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of PwC across the US. As a Manager, you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
- Master's Degree preferred
- Understanding of Partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
- Skills in managing individual tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Ability to review individual tax returns
- Experience in leading virtual teams
- Skills in building trusted client relationships
- Ability to manage project workflow and budgets
- Experience in leveraging new technology

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
