Responsibilities

  • Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners
  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams
  • Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
  • Solve and analyze complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables
  • Leverage a network of internal stakeholders and external resources
  • Assure exceptional support and meet client expectations
  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships
  • Contribute to the firm's purpose, principles, and business strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
  • CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Understanding of Partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
  • Skills in managing individual tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Ability to review individual tax returns
  • Experience in leading virtual teams
  • Skills in building trusted client relationships
  • Ability to manage project workflow and budgets
  • Experience in leveraging new technology

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Pay

  • The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000.
