Partner, Talent Strategy Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Partner, Talent Strategy Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and direction of a consulting practice focused on talent strategy and client impact. The position blends commercial leadership, client relationship management, and team development, with responsibility for driving profitable growth across complex engagements. It is well suited for a senior consulting professional who can partner with executives, guide strategy, and strengthen market presence in a highly competitive environment.
