Partner Solutions Architect, WWPS Global Defense Partners

About the role

Join us as a Partner Solutions Architect, where you'll leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of defense systems to help leading global aerospace and defense organizations architect mission-critical solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable AWS architectures for mission-critical defense and intelligence applications
• Collaborate with defense contractors, DoD agencies, and IC organizations to meet stringent security and compliance requirements
• Lead technical discussions with partner engineers and program officials
• Develop and review architectural artifacts suitable for GovCloud and classified environments
• Ensure solutions meet or exceed DoD cybersecurity standards and IC directives
• Contribute to the development of AWS services tailored for defense and intelligence use cases

Requirements

• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
• Experience with AI/ML, HPC, digital engineering, advanced manufacturing, or data engineering workloads on AWS
• Familiarity with defense compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD SRG, ITAR)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
