About the role
This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic partners, establishing trusted relationships with partner teams
- Deliver technical enablement through workshops, POCs, and hands-on partner onboarding
- Design and validate reference architectures that highlight the company’s data streaming capabilities
- Collaborate with partner teams to develop solution playbooks for joint customer opportunities
- Prototype integrations between the company and partner technologies to enhance the ecosystem
- Support field teams during customer engagements involving partner solutions
- Research emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Strong understanding of real-time data streaming, Change Data Capture (CDC), and event-driven architectures
- Working knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Pay
$140,000 – $170,000 annually
