Partner Sales Manager - Salesforce

About the role
In this role, you will drive new logo acquisition and expand whitespace opportunities across EPAM's target industries. You will operate as a market-facing hunter, leveraging a deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior to identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients. You will position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across key priorities such as digital transformation, customer experience, data, and AI. This role requires a strong focus on net-new revenue generation, building trusted relationships at the most senior levels, and expanding EPAM's footprint through high-value, consultative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth
- Work as an individual contributor, leveraging existing industry relationships to bring in new business and logos for EPAM
- Procure, process, and close net new accounts
- Build a pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM
- Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations
- Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP, and C-suite) within target organizations
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to deal closure
- Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns, and events
- Position EPAM's capabilities across digital transformation, CRM, data, and AI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client challenges
- Represent EPAM at industry events, forums, and networks to strengthen brand presence
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on enterprise clients
- Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales using a consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
- Established network and contacts within targeted industries and markets
- Ability to develop long-term client relationships at the Director, VP, and C-suite level
- Self-starter who can quickly learn in a matrixed organization, build an internal network, and bring together EPAM's world-class capabilities to deliver strategic value to clients
- Experience selling complex, multi-service or consulting-led engagements
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch and close net-new opportunities
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, target-driven environment
- Native or fluent English (required)

Pay
Salary range: $115,000 – $185,000. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on factors including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, demand for the role, and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
