Role Summary

At OneMagnify, we help brands build modern customer experiences powered by data, analytics, and technology. This role involves shaping how companies use DATABRICKS to drive business results, not just managing and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the entire DATABRICKS partner ecosystem, including how to co-create opportunities, show up together in the market, and lead and close deals.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from early conversations through close, with a clear line of sight to revenue goals.
  • Grow and strengthen the DATABRICKS relationship so both sides see more pipeline, more collaboration, and more wins.
  • Set and own the joint business plan with DATABRICKS, ensuring both organizations stay aligned on priorities and revenue outcomes.
  • Spot and shape the right opportunities, connecting DATABRICKS's capabilities with client needs and OneMagnify's expertise.
  • Bring together the right people—client teams, partner leads, and technical resources—to move deals forward with clarity and momentum.
  • Stay sharp on industry shifts, AI advancements, and DATABRICKS's roadmap, and use that insight to shape smarter conversations with clients and partners.

What You'll Need

  • Must generate $2 million in new revenue annually.
  • Direct experience working in or around the DATABRICKS ecosystem.
  • Created and owned joint marketing programs focused on lead generation.
  • 6+ years in enterprise or partner/channel sales, ideally with BI technology partners or VAR/SI environments.
  • Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, or data/AI-led solutions.
  • A strong grasp of industry nuances and experience selling into B2B and/or B2B2C organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently engage executives, partner teams, and client stakeholders.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Understanding of AI readiness, data modernization, or MDM.
