About the Team
The Partnerships team builds and scales OpenSesame's global partner ecosystem through technology, referral, reseller, marketplace, and strategic partnerships. As our Partner Program Associate, you'll help power the operational engine behind our Partner Program. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and learning how high-performing partner organizations operate.
About the Role
The Partner Program Associate is responsible for helping keep the Partner organization running efficiently. Working alongside the Partner Program & Operations Manager and Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs), you'll support partner operations, maintain high-quality data, coordinate enablement programs, administer recurring operational processes, and improve the systems that power our partner ecosystem. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Systems, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners receive a consistent, high-quality experience while enabling SPMs to focus on growing strategic relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, learning business systems, improving processes, and finding smarter ways to work.
Your First 30 Days
During your first month, you'll focus on learning our business, partners, and operational processes. You'll:
- Learn the OpenSesame Partner Program, GTM motions, partner tiers, and operating model.
- Become familiar with Salesforce, Euler PRM, Highspot, Asana, and partner tools.
- Shadow onboarding, enablement, reporting, SPIFF administration, and partner operations.
- Learn how partner records, certifications, benefits, and tier requirements are managed.
- Begin updating documentation, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
- Build relationships across Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and Customer Success.
Success looks like: Understanding how the Partner organization operates, confidently navigating partner systems, completing operational tasks accurately with guidance, and building trust through reliability and attention to detail.
Your First 60 Days
By your second month, you'll begin owning recurring operational work while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. You'll:
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities.
- Maintain partner records across Salesforce and the PRM.
- Administer the OpenSesame Certified program.
- Prepare recurring partner reports and dashboards.
- Support monthly Partner SPIFF administration.
- Coordinate partner communications and enablement activities.
- Maintain SOPs, templates, and operational documentation.
- Begin recommending improvements to recurring workflows.
Success looks like: Independently managing recurring operational processes, delivering accurate reporting on schedule, keeping partner data clean and up to date, and becoming a dependable operational resource for the Partner team.
Your First 90 Days
By your third month, you'll begin contributing improvements that help the Partner organization scale. You'll:
- Own recurring partner operational processes with minimal oversight.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Systems to streamline workflows.
- Help improve reporting, documentation, and self-service resources.
- Support cross-functional partner initiatives and program launches.
- Contribute ideas that improve the experience for partners and internal teams.
Success looks like: Operating independently across day-to-day partner operations, identifying opportunities to simplify work through automation and better processes, becoming a trusted partner to SPMs and cross-functional stakeholders, and making measurable improvements that increase operational efficiency.

Pay
The pay for this position is $70,000. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, relying on market data to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience.

Schedule
This position can be based anywhere in the US. We operate as a remote-first company and invest in mandatory all-company meetings several times a year in addition to required team travel as necessary. All positions require up to 15 days of travel per year, with senior management and leadership teams requiring up to 35 days.
