This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager - North America based in United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to build and own a partner marketing function across North America from the ground up. You will develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and technology partners to accelerate enterprise growth. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic ownership across campaigns, events, enablement, and go-to-market programs. You will shape partner marketing playbooks, manage co-marketing investments, and create programs designed to generate measurable business impact. Working closely with sales, marketing, and external partners, you will turn ecosystem relationships into qualified pipeline and stronger market presence. Accountabilities Build the partner marketing function for North America from the ground up, establishing programs, processes, playbooks, and relationships that can scale with the business.Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with technology partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators, including campaigns, events, and co-branded initiatives.Manage and maximize market development funds (MDF), ensuring partner investments are aligned with strategic priorities and generate measurable returns.Build strong relationships with strategic partners and understand their priorities, requirements, commercial models, and go-to-market objectives.Coordinate partner enablement initiatives that make it easier for technology and implementation partners to position, sell, and deploy solutions effectively.Collaborate with sales and broader marketing teams to identify opportunities to engage enterprise buyers through the partner ecosystem.Develop and maintain partner marketing strategies that support enterprise growth across North America.Track and measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.Establish repeatable processes for partner engagement, campaign execution, reporting, and performance optimization.Take ownership of priorities and projects, moving initiatives forward independently in a high-velocity environment.Build toward a scalable partner ecosystem strategy that can expand across additional markets and product areas over time. Requirements 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years focused on partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing.Proven experience building partner marketing programs from 0 to 1, with a strong understanding of what is required to establish scalable processes and successful partnerships.Hands-on experience with joint campaigns, co-branded events, MDF management, partner enablement, and other co-marketing initiatives.Direct experience managing at least one hyperscaler or systems integrator relationship, with a strong understanding of how these partnerships operate.Solid knowledge of cloud marketplaces, co-sell programs, partner tiers, MDF structures, and practice enablement.Ability to understand partner business models and create go-to-market programs that make it easy for partners to participate and succeed.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence partners and internal teams.Demonstrated ability to measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and communicate meaningful business results to leadership.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, project management, and execution skills.Highly self-directed and comfortable setting priorities, making decisions, and moving initiatives forward without extensive oversight.Strong commercial mindset with an ability to connect marketing activities to revenue and business outcomes.Experience in AI agents, contact center technology, developer tooling, or launching products into emerging categories is a plus.Ability to work remotely across North American time zones, particularly Pacific Time or Eastern Time.
