About The Role
As Partner Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll define how we show up for our partners commercially: campaigns, deal structures, enablement materials, and growth programs. Reporting to Director, Travel Partners, you'll coordinate across stakeholders while owning the full motion from strategy to execution, and you'll be the connective tissue between what our partners want to achieve and what our advisor network can deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Fora's partner marketing framework: campaigns, co-marketing programs, seasonal promotions, and partner communications.
- Design deal processes, structures, and promotional mechanics that drive measurable advisor booking behavior.
- Develop the materials and packaging that enable our account management team to sell partner programs effectively.
- Build a feedback loop on existing partner promotions or offers — tracking performance, identifying what's working, and iterating.
- Develop case studies and proof points that support partner growth conversations.
- Identify and develop new partner growth opportunities across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in partner marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing at a marketplace, travel platform, or premium consumer brand.
- Experience building marketing programs that drive commercial outcomes — you measure success in revenue and adoption, not impressions.
- Strong understanding of how advisor or distribution channels work; travel industry experience a strong plus.
- Sharp communicator comfortable presenting to senior external stakeholders.
- Self-directed and energized by building in an environment where the playbook doesn't exist yet.
