About the role

Location: California. Colorescience is building the next era of professional skin health - expanding our leadership in skin protection Beyond SPF, deepening our presence in dermatology and medical aesthetics, and helping professional partners turn exceptional products into better patient experiences and stronger, more sustainable businesses. The Partner Growth Manager (PGM) will lead a selectively assigned portfolio of Colorescience's highest growth-potential professional partners across dermatology, MedSpa, plastic surgery, and physician-dispensed skincare. This is an opportunity for an experienced aesthetics sales professional to move beyond transactional selling and become the commercial growth leader who helps promising partners build momentum, strengthen team adoption, and realize more of what is possible with Colorescience.

Responsibilities

  • Growth partner leadership – serve as the primary commercial leader for a selectively assigned portfolio of the highest growth‑potential dermatology, MedSpa, plastic surgery, and physician‑dispensed skincare partners, quickly establishing rapport and earning trust across owners, providers, practice leaders, and team members.
  • Growth‑potential planning – diagnose the specific opportunity inside each partner and build focused annual, quarterly, and campaign‑level plans across reorder cadence, product mix, team adoption, education, events, patient engagement, and digital programs.
  • Retention and expansion – strengthen partner health by improving reorder consistency, increasing average purchase value, expanding provider and staff participation, and growing product adoption through greater usage and portfolio breadth.
  • Clinical education and protocol integration – work side by side with the Colorescience Clinical Science Educator to advance product knowledge, build team confidence, and integrate Colorescience into consultations, treatment plans, post‑procedure care, home‑care regimens, and recurring skin‑health protocols.
  • Education‑led growth – translate Colorescience science and innovation – including Total Protection, Enviroscreen, peptides, barrier health, and light protection Beyond SPF – into relevant selling stories, partner actions, and patient conversations that change behavior.
  • Program and omnichannel activation – drive adoption of Lasting Beauty Rewards, Practice Pages, national events, certifications, promotions, and other tools that help partners extend service beyond the treatment room and retain the patient relationship.
  • Commercial coaching – help owners and practice leaders understand the drivers of their Colorescience business, identify the next best growth opportunity, and equip teams with practical goals, routines, and tools they can execute.
  • Activation and transition – partner with New Business Development Managers and the Clinical Science Educator to carry new partners from opening through activation, then establish a clear growth rhythm; recognize when a partner is ready to progress into the Strategic Business Development Manager portfolio and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Forecasting and commercial discipline – maintain accurate forecasts, current CRM activity, clear next steps, and strong pipeline visibility; use partner‑level data to prioritize action and intervene early when reorder behavior or performance shifts.
  • One‑Crew execution – coordinate with the Clinical Science Educator, New Business Development Managers, Strategic Business Development Managers, Partner Relationship Managers, Partner Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, and leadership so partners experience one connected Colorescience team.
  • Operate through the CS360 philosophy: growth partners become integrated through connected support, education, commercial planning, and consistent follow‑through.
  • Lead with curiosity and business acumen – understand what is happening in the partner's business, diagnose the growth barrier, and recommend the next best action.
  • Create a reliable cadence of partner contact, business review, education, activation, and follow‑through – focusing time where it can create the greatest return.
  • Choose the team win: invite the right expertise, share insight and credit freely, and own commitments fully.
