About the role

EisnerAmper is seeking a Partner to join their Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group. This role involves new business opportunities, servicing existing clients, thought leadership, technology initiatives, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive company, industry, and economic research.
  • Analyze client financial statements.
  • Document and maintain all aspects of the work product.
  • Leading departmental training for associate level professionals and fostering a learning environment of continuous improvement.
  • Scheduling in-house training, lunch and learns with Associates and all members of the team.
  • Expanding services to existing clients.
  • Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement.
  • Supervising, training, and evaluating advanced level staff.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of their career.
  • Assisting in recruiting, developing training material, and acting as an instructor in professional development programs.
  • Initiating business development activities and developing an internal and external circle of influence; participating in networking events, marketing events, and training.
  • May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and an advanced degree in a related field.
  • CPA or other applicable license.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in the FLVS industry.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
  • Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business and generating a minimum of $1.5 million in net new revenue (annually).
  • 5 + years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates.
  • Broad background and knowledge in litigation/expert services and the calculation of damages in different types of matters.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $280,000 and $400,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
