Partner Development Manager
About the role
Lead high-impact partner growth across the United States with Pax8. Sit at the center of our fastest-growing motion—owning strategic relationships, influencing market perception, and driving meaningful revenue through our TSD ecosystem. Work directly with enterprise-level partner stakeholders while building scalable engagement across thousands of agents.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic TSD partner relationships, driving engagement at every level
Build executive-level connections and create long-term partner trust and alignment
Develop and execute partner growth plans that deliver pipeline and measurable revenue impact
Identify, shape, and qualify opportunities through to Sales Accepted stage
Establish strong field presence through events, onsite engagement, and partner interactions
Activate partner ecosystems—driving productivity, engagement, and consistent deal flow
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders
Represent Pax8 at industry and partner events as a trusted thought leader
Requirements
Demonstrated success in partner sales, channel, or strategic account environments
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to co-sell complex enterprise opportunities
Proven ability to build and influence executive relationships across partner organizations
Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, or agent-based networks
Experience in SaaS, cloud, or marketplace-based business models
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage from boardroom to field
Self-starter mindset—comfortable operating in fast-moving, unstructured environments
Ability to translate partner needs into scalable value and business outcomes

Benefits
Compensation on Target Earnings starting at $187,000.00 USD or more, with a base and commission split of 75/25%
