The Partner Delivery Advisor role is designed to provide expert delivery guidance and strategic advice within the organization's partner ecosystem. This position is essential in ensuring best-in-class implementation outcomes for global consulting partners, particularly involving AI and Agentforce products. The role impacts delivery quality, AI strategy adoption, and partner success by mitigating risks and fostering collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and delivery phases of partner-led engagements.
• Review project deliverables to assess progress, identify risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Proactively detect and mitigate delivery risks to protect customer outcomes.
• Lead account recovery efforts involving escalation management and corrective planning.
• Validate partner delivery approaches and enforce accountability against milestones and quality standards.
• Identify staffing or competency gaps in partner teams and facilitate resource connections.
• Lead strategic planning for AI-powered implementations and Agentforce solutions.
• Guide partners and customers on AI strategy, adoption, and responsible AI principles.
• Assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and support change management efforts.
• Advocate for partner delivery teams within the organization to address challenges and needs.
• Facilitate partner access to internal resources, programs, and tools.
• Amplify partner delivery success stories to support broader learning.
• Coordinate with internal teams when professional services are co-deployed with partners.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on partner experiences to influence product development.
• Contribute insights and trends to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and partner advisory forums.
• Communicate effectively with leaders and executives at various levels.
