TasksTasks Position Objective We are looking for exceptional candidates, who live our ethos of strategic thinking and smart, hands-on implementation. This position will be responsible for acquiring and overseeing consulting engagements for new and existing clients. The Partner will identify project opportunities, lead business development efforts, provide executive support for delivery activities, and coordinate all knowledge management and marketing activities for the Consumer Products & Retail (CP&R) practice. Primary Responsibilities Understands CP&R companies, customers, partners, governments, and societiesExpert in optimizing supply chains, as well as lean manufacturing and distribution strategiesKnowledge of modularization/modular matrix and variant management methodsImproves clients’ businesses with an end-to-end perspectiveIdentifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partnersLeads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating, and closing proposalsServes as primary point of contact for client executivesLeads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagementsSupports decision makers when solving complex questionsManages client and Porsche Consulting project team membersReviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentationsLeads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of client and industry informationProvides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team membersEnhances and deploys Porsche Consulting concepts, methods, and tools for CP&RAssists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicableProvides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the CP&R practiceSpeaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter expert QualificationsQualifications Qualifications: Education Graduate degree preferred Experience (Job And Industry) A minimum of 10 years total professional experience in consultancy and industrial corporations, including:5 years of professional experience with CP&R initiatives2 years of professional experience in business development Competencies Network of players in this marketA high level of business acumen and consultative expertiseExcellent analytical and conceptual thinkingPragmatism and pronounced implementation orientationAbility to engage and excite client personnel at all levelsPlanning, organization, and project management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism in all client and internal interactionsFlexibility and willingness to travel up to 60%Spanish, French and/or German language fluency (reading and writing) is a plus At a GlanceAt a Glance Join Porsche Consulting, Inc.
