Partner - Law Firm About The Role A growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Partner to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, a proven track record of business development, and an established portable book of business of $350K+. The Partner will play a key role in expanding the firm's client base, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm's continued growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Participate in networking and business development activities.Generate new business and expand the firm's client base.Manage and grow an established portable book of business.Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients.Contribute to the firm's strategic growth and profitability.Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active admission to the New York Bar.Extensive experience practicing law.Portable book of business of $350K+.Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.Strong analytical, research, negotiation, and communication skills.Excellent judgment and attention to detail.Prior partnership or senior-level law firm experience strongly preferred.Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.
