About the role

We are seeking a Partner, Assurance Services to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position offers roles in Assurance – Audit, Executive, and Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on financial reporting and internal controls.
• Manage and mentor junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in audit and assurance services.
• CPA certification or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and management experience within a professional services firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and public companies.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
