Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints, a New York-based, fast-growing, fully-remote company with a 150-person team primarily located in India and the Philippines. Frontier helps companies build full-time, cross-functional teams abroad by hiring top talent and placing them into leading organizations. If selected, you’ll undergo internal interviews and be matched with a full-time role within a month.

About The Company

Intelligems helps e-commerce businesses optimize pricing with data-driven tools, giving independent stores access to the same revenue-optimization capabilities used by major companies like Amazon and Uber.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all unowned partners (200+ partners, including new, inactive, and Tier 3), handling inbound questions about accounts, referrals, program mechanics, and the Intelligems product.
  • Run signal-based outreach to partners, flagging key moments such as new clients, referral eligibility, spiff programs, or product updates.
  • Keep partners engaged and informed through a fully digital-first, written motion, owning the relationship end-to-end without relying on calls.
  • Build and maintain lightweight enablement assets (email templates, FAQs, quick-reference guides) to help partners self-serve and refer confidently.
  • Identify high-potential partners and escalate them to the appropriate partner manager.
  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene for the partnerships org, ensuring accurate partner records, contact associations, and deal attribution.
  • Manage partner program onboarding logistics, including setup in the partner portal, Slack, and other tools.
  • Review inbound partner applications and referrals for program fit and eligibility, handling approval workflows.
  • Aggregate insights from digital interactions to influence roadmap and process, surfacing recurring questions, blockers, or product feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs when long-tail partners refer active prospects.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills—clear, direct, and personable—able to manage relationships entirely over email and Slack without feeling transactional.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with CRM data.
  • Proactive, noticing when tasks need attention and handling them without being asked.
  • Process-oriented, naturally looking for ways to templatize, automate, or scale repetitive work.
  • Comfortable working across tools like HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, and Euler.
  • Interest in SaaS or the Shopify/ecommerce ecosystem is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

  • Referral activity from the long-tail pool—volume of referrals originating from unowned partners quarter over quarter.
  • Partner activation rate—percentage of the 200+ account portfolio that engages (opens, clicks, responds, or refers) within a rolling 90-day window.
  • Inbound response time—partners receive timely, helpful replies without needing to follow up.
  • HubSpot data quality—partner records, contact associations, and deal attribution remain consistently accurate.
  • Escalation quality—partners surfaced to a partner manager are genuinely high-potential, not noise.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Learning opportunities
  • Great company culture
