Part Time Youth Soccer Coach - M-F Afternoons/Saturday AM

About the role

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
Conduct soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots' curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Pass our Background Check
• Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
• Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm

A Day In The Life

Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Hours

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Comprehensive Training

We train the best coaches in the business – every Soccer Shots coach goes through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
