About the role
Responsible for managing yard maintenance tasks including landscaping, irrigation, and general upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for company grounds including planting, pruning, and mowing.
- Operate and maintain lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Assist in the implementation of irrigation systems and ensure proper water usage.
- Perform light construction tasks as needed, such as building retaining walls or installing signage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in landscaping or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic horticulture practices.
- Experience with landscape design and planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
