Part Time Wound Care APRN

Location: Travel throughout NY | Job Type: Part‑Time

About the role

Part‑Time APRN providing expert bedside wound care and collaborating with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) throughout New York. The position supports NexGen’s growing footprint in post‑acute wound care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care to patients in SNFs.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 45‑60 patients per week.
• Travel to multiple facilities across New York as needed.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in New York.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an APRN.
• Proficiency and experience in nursing‑home wound care.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple SNFs.

Pay

$33 per patient plus bonuses, equivalent to a $165,000‑$171,000 full‑time salary.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with all visits scheduled between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
