About the role
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
- Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
- Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
- Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
- Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
Requirements
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission
- Comfortable working independently inside a retail environment
- Adaptable and open to change
- Professional, coachable, and eager to learn
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
Qualifications
- Preferred: Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay
- $14-$15/hr base pay guarantee
Schedule
- Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week
- Some travel may be required with mileage compensation when applicable
- Flexible availability is strongly preferred
