Part-Time Wireless Sales

About the role

We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations

Requirements

• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission
• Comfortable working independently inside a retail environment
• Adaptable and open to change
• Professional, coachable, and eager to learn
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences

Qualifications

• Preferred: Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay

• $14-$15/hr base pay guarantee

Schedule

• Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Some travel may be required with mileage compensation when applicable
• Flexible availability is strongly preferred
