Part Time Weekend Product Demonstrator

About the role

This part-time weekend position focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, live product demonstrations, and sampling events in a Costco retail environment in Cranberry, PA. The role includes supporting store operations and working during peak shopping periods, particularly weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations and sampling for customers
• Engage customers to provide product information and encourage purchases
• Support sales efforts by promoting featured products
• Assist management with additional tasks as needed
• Prepare and cook sample items
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Follow safety procedures in a retail environment
• Work scheduled shifts, primarily on weekends (Friday through Sunday)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work 2 or more shifts per weekend (Friday–Sunday)
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 weekends per month
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Ability to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a retail setting
