About the role
This office position earns a competitive wage of $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience. Our part-time Weekend / Night Shift Service Dispatchers have the potential to work remotely after completing the first month of training in the office.
Responsibilities
- Answer after-hours phone calls and schedule appointments between customers and on-call technicians
- Handle the after-hours needs of our customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer needs through email
- Maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes
- Eagerly assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
Work Schedule
- Typical weekday shift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Typical weekend shift: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Flexibility with multiple shifts available
