Part-Time Weekend Eastern Time Zone Radiologist

About the role

Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc. is a premier 115+ member radiologist-run private practice based in the San Francisco Bay area. We serve 12 hospitals and over 40 outpatient centers across several health systems in the North Bay, East Bay, and South Bay. Our focus on quality, integrity, and service defines our practice, which has seen substantial growth and requires the addition of skilled specialists.

Responsibilities

• Join a leading team in radiology
• Work as a practicing and in-training Eastern Standard Time zone radiologist
• Provide coverage of urgent and emergent after-hours cases from our West Coast practice
• Represent a valued and respected extension of our core team, forming stable connections with referring clinicians, technologists, and support staff
• Work flexible shift hours of 5am-10:30am EST and/or 5am-2pm EST, with a target of 20-100 shifts per year

Requirements

• Must be a practicing or in-training radiologist in the Eastern Standard Time zone
• Must be available for weekend and holiday work
• Must have workstation and malpractice insurance provided
• Must be willing to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone states

Qualifications

• Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Subspecialties in Abdominal Imaging preferred
• Experience with emergency and urgent care imaging

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and imaging software

Pay

$365,000.00 - $600,000.00 annual salary

Schedule

Shift hours are 5am-10:30am EST and/or 5am-2pm EST, with a target of 20-100 shifts per year
