Part Time Weekend Concierge

About the role

Provides exceptional customer service, meets and greets residents, and checks guests and service providers in and out. Monitors and operates electronic security control systems, maintains daily logs and records, and assists with general concierge services and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in and out
• Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
• Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms
• Assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work, including Word and Excel document tasks
• Walk the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
• Monitor and control access to the building
• Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
• Complete all required forms accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
• Requires standing, sitting for long periods, walking, and occasional climbing
• Must be able to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages; reach with hands and arms
• Ability to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods
• Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings

Pay

$18.00–$21.00 per hour
