Part Time Weekend Back Room Associate
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which headings to use. The posting includes "Who We’re Looking For:" which includes qualifications/skills. Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we can combine into one section if we want fewer sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one section, maybe "Requirements". Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content:
Who We’re Looking For bullet points:
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
These are a mix of skills and requirements. Could be placed under "Requirements". Or we could split: "Skills" for customer service, communication, organizational, multi-tasking, lifting, works effectively; "Requirements" for flexible schedule, lifting heavy objects, retail experience preferred. But that seems thin.
Better to have one section "Requirements" that includes all.
But we also have "Skills" heading available. If we make both Requirements and Skills, each would be thin. So we choose one.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't create a section with placeholder text. All have content.

Schedule
Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
Check for any duplicated content: The schedule point also appears in Requirements; but it's okay to have it in both? Might be duplication but we need to preserve all substantive information. It's okay to have it in both sections? Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. However we could remove from Requirements to avoid duplication, but the requirement about flexible schedule is a requirement; it's also schedule info. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. If we put it only in Schedule section, we still preserve it. But we also have it in Requirements as a bullet; if we keep both, it's duplicated but still preserved. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, but we should avoid unnecessary duplication? Not explicitly. However we could keep it only in Schedule and remove from Requirements to keep sections thin? But we prefer few substantive sections; having duplication may be okay. I'd keep it only in Schedule to avoid duplication, but then we lose that requirement detail in Requirements. However the requirement about flexible schedule is also a requirement; we could keep it under Requirements as a bullet and not have a separate Schedule section. But we have schedule info explicitly; we could put schedule section with that detail and keep Requirements without that bullet.
