Part Time Water/Fire/Mold Technician - Cartersville, GA

You will assist Certified Water Technicians in performing restoration and specialized cleaning tasks. This position offers training and certification under IICRC guidelines, a company truck, and the potential for increased responsibilities and higher pay after six months with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Water Technicians in restoration and specialized cleaning tasks
• Learn and apply best practices in the construction industry
• Use company's Drying Workbook software to track work performed and document drying progress
• Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional overtime
• Handle lifting objects weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Be available for on-call emergencies 24/7
• Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn new aspects of the job
• Communicate effectively and solve problems as they arise

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of using basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Pass a drug test
• Physically able to lift objects weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Able to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional overtime
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player, but able to work independently when necessary
• Excellent communication and math skills
