Part-Time Warehouse Personnel (Seasonal)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Personnel role is a critical part of Anheuser-Busch's supply chain. Key responsibilities include accurately picking products, loading trucks, maintaining quality control, and operating various warehouse equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner
• Build stable pallets, using correct pallet building ties to lock in product
• Use scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy and pick quantities
• Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Maintain and track quality control
• Maintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipment
• Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Safe driving record
• Able to safely operate job-related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Company Information

• SALARY: $21.30 per hour
• SHIFT: Seasonal, part-time position with primary work occurring during the summer months. Hours and schedule may vary based on operational needs.
• Up to 32 hours per week during regular weeks
• Up to 40 hours per week during holiday weeks
• Must be willing to work overnights
