Part-Time Warehouse Operations Clerk – Shipping & Receiving

Certco is seeking two Part-Time Warehouse Operations Clerks to join our team in Madison. Responsibilities

• Process daily orders, including route cubing, processing, and order printing
• Complete debit sheets for late customer orders
• Prepare and coordinate trip records and invoicing
• Assist inbound receiving drivers with door assignments and paperwork
• Respond to customer inquiries about their orders
• Answer phones and manage access control
• Schedule warehouse receiving appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills. You will interact professionally with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and other business contacts.

Schedule

Two part-time positions available, each 24 hours per week:

• Warehouse Operations Clerk #1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Warehouse Operations Clerk #2: Thursday, Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a productive workstation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent math skills

Skills

• Knowledge of warehouse office environments
• Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word and Excel
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copiers
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, coworkers, and business contacts
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
