What You'll Do

  • Aid with administrative duties and other projects as needed
  • Work independently and follow established procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work independently for long periods
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
