Part-time Warehouse Inventory Associate- TN Branch
At Mann Wireless, our job is to amplify and distribute Radio Frequency (RF) throughout buildings to put an end to frustrating dropped calls and poor signals. More importantly, for over 20 years, we’ve been making sure first responder radios work, which keeps them safe when they respond to a call for help. About the role
This is a part-time, in-office position with a flexible schedule. We’re looking for someone eager to learn quickly—we provide the technical training, but you need to bring a strong willingness to dive in and learn. Ideal candidates have good initiative, strong administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to partner with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and our team. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are key, as is the ability to keep multiple tasks moving forward to ensure team and project success.
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and stage all materials required for each project
- Manage inventory at the office
- Handle office administrative and maintenance duties as needed (stocking supplies, ordering equipment for employees, trash and cleaning)
- Communicate (email, phone calls) to assist with project development, coordination, and closure with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation in Computer Ease (project software) and run reports to track project performance
- Assist with job vehicle maintenance
- Other related duties as assigned

- Assist with subcontractor management, permitting, and other project-related processes
- Research requirements; review documents, reports, and forms for content, completeness, and accuracy
- Conduct site surveys to collect information needed to develop an estimate
- Estimate and proposal development
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3+ years of related administrative/coordination experience
- Warehouse and inventory management experience is a plus
- Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, Electrical, or Technology field may be substituted for experience
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check (including ability to lift 40+ lbs.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse/office management experience in a similar industry (telecommunications, electrical, construction, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic construction, engineering, and/or telecommunications terminology
- Administrative mindset
- Low voltage experience
- Cellular/DAS construction experience
