About the Role

The Warehouse Selector is responsible for efficiently selecting, moving, and preparing products to support the supply chain and ensure timely delivery to customers. Using voice-activated technology and power equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, they build pallets, organize products, and verify orders for accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick products precisely using voice-guided systems.
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Operate electric equipment to move and stage products.
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Maintain organized staging areas and communicate equipment or safety issues.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Support safety protocols and proper documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and extended standing or walking.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in enclosed operator compartments and support overtime as needed.
