Part Time, Warehouse Delivery Driver (Denver, CO)

Position Requirements & Responsibilities

• Makes timely and safe deliveries of Viewrail products.
• Works with other warehouses and drivers to move due dates, organize and create scheduled delivery runs.
• Manages a run list.
• Operates technical scanning and package locating systems.
• Runs and oversees shipping software systems specific to the warehouse.
• Makes calls to customers to set up delivery times and update order statuses.
• Maintains and follows warehouse safety guidelines.
• Unloads and organizes freight in the warehouse.
• Oversees proper truck and forklift maintenance for owned equipment.
• Ship small orders via third-party carriers when necessary.
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.

Documentation Requirements

• Valid Driver License (CDL not required)
• For Hire Endorsement (Company will pay for test)
• DOT Physical (Provided by company if not currently obtained)

Required Skills

• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to drive and operate a 26' box truck with lift gate
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly (home nightly)
• No recent moving or driving violations
• No OWI's within the last 5 years
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
