About the role
The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
- Pull and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Follow detailed instructions and operate warehouse equipment
- Handle tasks independently and work overtime when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and speak English
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
- Comfortable using electronic devices
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels, and SKU information
- Flexible with start and departure times
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned
Qualifications
- Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest)
- Must be comfortable working around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift
- Must be able to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs
- Must have moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing for the operation of warehouse machinery

Pay
$17 per hour, Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule
Monday - Friday (2pm-7pm)
