Part-Time Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

Support management in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. Act as a role model for building customer relationships, overseeing store operations, visual merchandising, and staff coverage. Implement visual changes, ensure displays are compelling, and drive sales through inspiring styling and decorating expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging customer experiences by sharing styling and decorating knowledge.
• Promote innovative store initiatives to serve as a neighborhood inspiration destination.
• Interpret and execute visual inspiration to reflect the brand’s eclectic, modern spirit.
• Maintain visual presentation, replenish stock, and execute floorsets in a timely manner.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive environment aligned with the People-First Philosophy.
• Lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members to enhance store performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in merchandising or visual role; experience in home design or specialty retail preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate others by example.
• Mobility on the sales floor; ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
