Part-Time Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create engaging store displays, interior layouts, and audio elements to enhance the shopping experience.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to meet sales goals.
• Execute and remerchandise displays, signage, and product placements.
• Coordinate store recovery and maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff on shipments.
• Ensure adherence to visual standards.
• Mentor store staff on merchandising basics.
• Communicate regularly with visual leadership.
• Assist in staff training on visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and transport loads of 100 lbs.
• Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products, trends, and store functions.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
