Part-Time Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

Join a dynamic team as an Ambassador focused on visual merchandising, guest service, and merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing displays across merchandise locations, utilizing carpentry and craftsman skills.
• Install, deliver, and adjust display fixtures and props as needed.
• Ensure displays, including overheads, windows, and feature areas, are well-maintained.
• Support store set-ups and remerchandising efforts following corporate standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, interacting, and resolving inquiries or issues.
• Assist guests with product information, promote merchandise, and support sales initiatives.
• Accurately price merchandise, conduct inventory counts, and monitor stock levels.
• Implement loss prevention procedures and safeguard company property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise counters and work areas.
• Perform cleaning duties and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Basic carpentry skills including painting, repairs, and fixture assembly.
• Knowledge of fixture requirements, signage, planogram execution, and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent guest service.
• Physical ability to lift and push up to 60 pounds, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently, outdoors/indoors in all weather, and flexible shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a company license.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and completing cleaning duties.
