The quality of care you will deliver here is comprehensive and medically focused, treating small animals with full-service veterinary care ranging from Wellness and Prevention to Advanced Care procedures. Our medical offerings include sophisticated Testing and Diagnostics, essential Surgical Procedures, and critical Urgent Care services. You will have access to internal specialty consultations across the broader organization, ensuring you are supported in providing advanced medical options for complex cases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Essential Patient Care: Assist the medical team with hands-on care and ensure every animal is treated with compassion and respect.
  • Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient, and collaborative workflow.
  • Create a Positive Client Experience: Assist with scheduling, payments, and communications to create a seamless visit for clients, always with a courteous and informative approach.
  • Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain the hospital, perform clinic upkeep, and handle equipment maintenance to uphold high standards of care.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A calm and efficient approach, with the ability to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills such as laboratory work, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology is a strong asset.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Schedule: 2-3 days per week with Saturday rotation.
