What You'll Be Doing
- Perform spay and neuter surgeries 30-35 (high-quality, efficient techniques encouraged)
- Conduct physical exams and diagnose medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform small animal soft tissue surgeries (mentorship available)
- Provide preventive and wellness care
- Educate clients on treatment options and preventive health
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with California regulations

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of California
- Ability to obtain a DEA certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary medical experience, including 1 year of surgical experience in spay/neutering
- Passion for accessible veterinary care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
