Job Summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC is hiring a Van Delivery Driver at 24005 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH, 44070-2233. The pay range is $15-17/hr with store hours Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM; Sunday 9AM-6PM, holidays off.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products accurately and on time to Wholesale customers
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely deliveries of GFS products
  • Perform daily pre/post trip inspection of vehicle and equipment
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases through the point of sale
  • Accurately receive and merchandise products, maintaining proper rotation and product quality
  • Top stock, freezer, cooler and backroom organization
  • Additional assistance with store operations before or after completing the route

Requirements

  • At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred
  • Unrestricted Standard Operators License required
  • Clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years)
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Successfully pass pre-employment checks including a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Able to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Range: $15-17/hr
  • Store Hours: Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM; Sunday 9AM-6PM
